Dog hit and run by car. Help!!

On Monday September 8th our precious dog Bailee was hit by a driver and left for dead in the middle of the road.
Thankfully a kind young man scooped her up and brought her to our neighbor who alerted me and I raced her to urgent care.
She has a broken jaw (which will require surgery), major lacerations, air in her lungs and fluid in her tummy. The doctor said even with her horrible injuries she has a good chance of surviving with the proper medical care.
Her surgery alone will be almost $4,000 and she will require hospitalization and post care follow up. The estimated bill will be upwards of $10,000. Bailee is like a daughter to us. We cannot imagine our world without her so having to choose between putting her to sleep and trying to save her life was a no brainer. We were able to come up with partial funds today but we will not be able to bring her home until the hospital gets paid.
Please help us get Bailee the care she needs so she can come heal and come home to us.
