Help Soundar Recover from Kidney Failure.
Hello Folks,
My name is Ravikumar and I have started this fund raising campaign to help and save a brother from another mother - Sounder from kidney failure.
Like most of us, Sounder was a cheerful, hardworking guy and a kind person. He is 33 years old, has a nice family with a very loving and devoted wife, two lovely little girls (you can see them in the picture). everything was perfectly normal.
He was gainfully employed as network engineer. It was a decent job with a good pay, of the job being an engineer to support one of the Cellular network providers, it involved working long hours, lots of travel, high pressure and time sensitive activities that helped thousands of mobile subscribers use cellular networks and services as usual.
Not until i knew all that was needed for us to check emails, social media updates, etc was more than any one of us can imagine - in terms of engineers and technicians that need to work 24X7 relentlessly, skipping their usual meals, sleep and time with the loved ones to keep us happy when we use our cell phones.
Inspite of all these challenges, Sounder was managing his family of 4 pretty decently and made conscious effort to stay connected with his parents, siblings and friends until one day he started having a few minor symptoms when he had to overlook to keep everything afloat. Repeated occurrences made him question himself and sought medical advice and that single visit to the doctor turned his life upside down.
He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease on haemodialysis / hypertension. He needs to go to the specialist doctor and needs haemodialysis twice a week.
This is very painful physically and extremely stressful emotionally and is heart breaking to see a healthy young man with clean habits transforming into a physical and emotional wreck and I cannot imagine what his family is undergoing right now. Being a sole bread winner adds up to the pain he already has. His family has done everything in its capacity to help him keep up with the living and medical expenses. His wife has taken up a job to support the family, leaving the little girls at friends / relatives place when she has to be at work.
For all he and his family is going through, I believe that money should not complicate things further. Medical opinion from one of the experts has indicated that he save Soundar from this life threatening condition with surgeries involving with transplanting both kidneys. I am attaching the report signed by the Doctor indication what and how much it costs to have this done. The total expenses including the pre, post (approximately USD 12500)and transplant costs (approximately USD 39000) - total USD 51500.
I believe, with all the love, compassion and little donations from you can save a father that these little girls want to be with, save a devoted husband, a good son and a very loving little brother. Please help!!
