Hi my name is Matt and we have an orphanage in Uganda. This is our dear friend Yobu who we also care for. He has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and also a hernia in his abdominal region that’s affecting his spine. We are hoping to save his life as we can’t afford this expense. It’s now the second time we have had to do surgery on his stomach and we are out of money. He has spent his life crippled from the waist down and so his stomach muscles are constantly under strain. Please help us give Yobu an extended life.
