<div>‘Save Warlingham's Green Belt Group’ (SWGB) formed in response to the Tandridge District Councils Local Plan as Warlingham has the second highest allocation of houses proposed in Tandridge District, for 400-600 new homes. Although the draft Tandridge Local Plan 2033, has been found ‘unsound’ our district council is still determined to welcome planning applications across large Green Belt sites in Warlingham.

<div>SWGB need to raise funds to hire professional planning consultants for advice and to help deal with these applications and future threats. Only by Warlingham, Chelsham and Farleigh clubbing together may we have a chance of shaping our villages future.
