<div>Welcome to our GoFundMe campaign, where our united community is taking a resolute stand to protect the precious Wallum environment in Brunswick Heads. As our campaign gains ground, we've set our sights higher, increasing our funding goal from $3,000 to $50,000. Here's why:

<div>New Funding Goal: $50,000
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Originally, we sought $3,000 to cover essential campaign costs. However, it's now abundantly clear that our mission requires more resources, not just for campaign expenses but also to pursue essential legal avenues and support ecologists in their invaluable work.

<div>Currently donations go into a bank account run by Ava Freeland and are then directly transferred over to a Save Wallum Inc bank that requires 4 signatories. This ensures transparency and accountability.

<div>The Wallum Heathlands in Brunswick Heads are home to a delicate balance of flora and fauna, including endangered and vulnerable species such as the glossy black cockatoo and wallum froglet, pristine sandy landscapes, and ancient trees. Our campaign, "Save Wallum - Brunswick Heads," is committed to ensuring that this invaluable natural treasure remains untouched. By donating to our cause, you become a vital part of the effort to safeguard this remarkable ecosystem for future generations to enjoy.

<div>We believe in full transparency, and any funds not used for campaign costs will be channeled back into local environmental organisations that share our commitment to protecting the environment. Your support makes a real difference, and together, we can make sure that the Wallum environment continues to thrive. Thank you for standing with us in this important endeavor.
