Save Tony Puerner’s Heart

My uncle Tony Puerner just had a massive heart attack in Mexico. Unfortunately he isn't stable enough to fly him home and he doesn't have insurance. All procedures have to be paid for upfront so our family is asking anyone who can help to please donate. Anything will be greatly appreciated.
GoFundMe admin team has asked that I provide answers to the following before they release any more of the donations:
1. Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficiary/ies
Answer: My mother (Patricia Puerner) is currently in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with my uncle Tony Puerner (the beneficiary). Many of our friends and family live in the United States, so GoFundMe seemed like an easy and convenient way for everyone to be able to help with what they could. I have direct access to my mothers bank account here in the US, so I am transferring the money in to her account. She is the one handling paying for everything since she is there with him.
2. How the funds will be spent (please be specific as possible)
Answer: The only hospital in Vallarta that had the equipment needed to save his life was a private hospital called San Javier. He obviously doesn’t have Mexican health insurance, and actually doesn’t have active health insurance in the US either, so San Javier demanded up front payment. This has been an extremely expensive ordeal, and it’s still not over yet. We are hoping to move him to IMSS (a public hospital) once he is stable enough to be moved. 100% of the funds are being used to pay the hospital expenses.
