<div>Out of nowhere, we’ve been served an eviction notice — leaving with us with less than a month to vacate.

<div>This came just before the recent passing of the building’s owner. The eviction was issued by a power of attorney only days before her death, and the property is now entering probate.

</div>
<div>We believe this situation deserves to be properly reviewed — and potentially withdrawn - at least put on hold for the forseable future.

<div>But we can’t do that without help.
