</div>
<div><strong>In Laos, for every ten elephants that die, only one is born</strong>—a heartbreaking trend that puts the species on the brink of extinction.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we can change this. <strong>Meet Thong Khoun, a magnificent male Asian elephant with the potential to alter the course of history. </strong>Once a logging elephant, his life took an uncertain turn when the industry was banned, leaving him and his mahout without purpose. Later rented to a tourist camp as a stud, Thong Khoun now faces an uncertain future yet again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Elephant Conservation Center (ECC) in Laos, in partnership with France-based NGO "Des Eléphants &amp; Des Hommes," envisions a <strong>vital role for Thong Khoun in our breeding program</strong>. His proven genetics, dominant personality, and breeding history make him an ideal candidate. However, <strong>if we don’t act now, his owner will sell him to another tourist camp, where his potential will be wasted.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We aim to raise $35,000 to bring Thong Khoun into the ECC family permanently. Here, he will<strong> live with dignity, contributing to the survival of his species</strong> in a natural setting with 27 other elephants.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why This Matters</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Without your help, Thong Khoun’s future—and that of Laos' elephants—remains bleak. <strong>Every donation</strong> brings us closer to securing his place in a program that is <strong>crucial for the survival of this endangered species.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Goal</strong>
</div>
<div>We need to raise $35,000 to purchase Thong Khoun and bring him permanently into the ECC family. Here, he will live a life of care, dignity, and purpose, contributing to a program that is saving elephants across Laos. At the ECC he will be surrounded by 27 other elephants in a beautiful natural setting.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What’s at Stake?</strong>
</div>
<div>If we can’t secure Thong Khoun, he will be sold into tourism, where his potential to help his species will be lost. This is not just about one elephant—it’s about the future of all elephants in Laos.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>
</div>
<div>Every dollar brings us closer to giving Thong Khoun the life he deserves and the opportunity to make a difference for his species. By contributing, you’re not just saving an elephant—you’re giving hope to an entire population.
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Pourquoi c’est important</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>L’objectif</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Quel est l’enjeu ?</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Comment vous pouvez aider</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Rejoignez-nous. Faites un don aujourd’hui. Partagez son histoire.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Merci infiniment pour votre soutien.</strong>
