Polish Sailing Club of New York jest organizacją non-profit, zrzeszającą żeglarzy z Nowego Jorku i okolic. Od ponad 25 lat prowadzimy wszechstronną działalność skierowaną do wszystkich zainteresowanych żeglarstwem, bez względu na wiek i doświadczenie żeglarskie. Popularyzujemy żeglarstwo we wszelkich formach.
Dnia 01.17.21 barka, która służyła nam przez ostatnie 20 lat za dom, i na której mieściła się siedziba klubu zatonęła. Niestety większość dobytku klubu została utracona bezpowrotnie. Obecnie zarząd i wspierający klub członkowie , a także sympatycy, dodają wszelkich starań aby odzyskać co jeszcze nadaje się do uratowania.
Nasz klub to nie tylko miejsce, to nie tylko sprzęt. Nasz klub to są ludzie którzy podjęli się trzymać razem w chwilach dobrej pogody a także sztormów. Dzięki takiej postawie wierzymy , że uda nam się kontynuować naszą działalność. Pokazać, że klub może przetrwać pomimo przeciwnościom losu.
Dzieki tej stronie , postanowiliśmy uruchomić zbiórkę pieniężną na odbudowanie siedziby a także na odzyskanie zdolności operacyjnych. Pragniemy móc kontynuować nasz program. Ale największym wyzwaniem będzie pozyskanie nowej siedziby. Prosimy wszystkie osoby prywatne, organizacje czy te firmy , którzy są poruszeni naszym losem i zależy na przetrwaniu klubu o wsparcie.

The Polish Sailing Club of New York (PSCNY) is a non-profit organization that has connected sailors all across NYC and its periphery. It has been a bedrock for not only the local Polish community (Polonia) but for enthusiasts of the sea of all backgrounds and experiences. For over 25 years, the PSCNY has offered affordable programming for children and adults, promoted sailing in urban waterways, and cultivated a culture of care, safety, and above all fun.
On January 17th, 2021 the barge that had served as our headquarters and home for the last 20 years capsized. Tragically, most of the club's belongings were irretrievably lost. At the moment, the club and its supporters are working diligently to recover what is still salvageable but we need YOUR HELP!
The club isn't just a place. It isn't just equipment. The PSCNY is above all a community of people who have weathered all sorts of storms, stood beside one another through the good and the bad, and who always have each other's backs. For these reasons, we have hope that we will emerge from this stronger than ever and able to continue our activities.
We decided to launch a fundraiser via GoFundMe to help rebuild our headquarters and resume operations. We have a long and expensive road ahead of us, but we have faith that we will be able to continue cultivating community through sailing with your help.
