Save the life of the best Sherpa

Donation protected

Please help to save the life of our dear friend and the most amazing Sherpa in Nepal. Pasang is only 30 and is suffering from Stage 3 Lymphoma cancer that has spread to the intestines. He has a newborn daughter and although treatment in Kathmandu is inexpensive by western standards it is still a crippling amount for such a young man there. 700,000 Nepalese Rupees ($7,000 USD, £5,000 GBP) is all we need to provide life-saving chemotherapy and surgery to remove a intestinal tumour. As he is still young, if he can access this treatment his prognosis will improve many fold, giving him the potential to beat this most debilitating cancer that I have seen ravage members of my own family.

As with all cancers, time is of the essence and here is a real opportunity for you to save the life of a young and dedicated family man, an outstanding Sherpa who keeps his climbers safe above anything else, and a truly honest and upstanding gentleman.

So let's repay his guidance, skill, and humanity with a life-saving contribution so when you visit Nepal you too can enjoy the sheer thrill of the Himalayas in the comfort of Pasang's expert safe hands, and his cheeky humour! Let's not delay, we need to get this Sherpa back to where he belongs, in the arms of his family, and on the trail.
