<div>Now, a major data centre development has been proposed near Longformacus in the Scottish Borders. If approved, it would permanently transform part of this landscape and introduce industrial-scale infrastructure into a remote rural area.

<div>Our campaign was formed by local residents who believe proposals of this scale deserve rigorous scrutiny, independent assessment and meaningful public engagement.
