Save The Kalang Headwaters

The threat to our koalas, and many other species, from logging is devastating. NSW Forestry is preparing to log massive areas of pristine Kalang forest that is home to koalas, quolls, glossy black cockatoos and hundreds of other forest dwellers.
Please help to make a difference. I am a resident of the Kalang and the Kalang Progress Association (KPA) secretary . The Kalang River Forest Alliance (KRFA) is part of the KPA .Please help me to raise money to donate specifically to the KRFA, on the mid north coast of NSW Australia. This entire community is working tirelessly to save the Kalang forests from NSW Forestry Corp commercial logging. The money will help enormously with their fundraising. It will be used specifically to help with costs of travel, workshops, environmental education, hiring of professional services such as scientists and ecologists, & social / environmental surveys. All of these are necessary to democratically prove that these magnificent forests must be protected. As the secretary of the KPA I will transfer every cent donated to the KRFA immediately. 
As the threat is now imminent we can’t afford to give up on our pristine river, threatened and endangered species of Australian flora & fauna & our magnificent forests. Now is the time.
