Hi, my name is John Francis, I am the founder and owner of The Godfather Beach Bar since its inception in 2007. Located on South Friars Bay St Kitts, from those early days of the island tourism output, until now. The Godfather has literally grown into a tropical oasis on the beach. Providing guests a unique island paradise experience that will never be forgotten.

The Godfather and other beach bar owners on South Friars Bay are currently in legal in battles for eviction, dismantle, removal and relocation that will drastically change the true essence, not only of the beach bar culture but the experience that guests and customers will encounter during their visit to St Kitts & Nevis.

We long-standing small island entrepreneurs are fully aware that our power and influence are limited to resist corporate and government major developments, however we believe that our voices should be heard, and our actions be noticed during the conversations that will greatly impact current and future generations on one of the last remaining un-spoiled Caribbean islands.
