Save the Carlton VFW

The Carlton High School Student Council was saddened to learn that the beloved Carlton VFW Post #2962 is in danger of having to close due to revenues lost because of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The post has been a staple of our community since February 1934.  It's a place that has always been there for those veterans that have always been there for us.  We are asking for anyone to give generously to make sure that our veterans and the community will continue to have this resource when things are able to open back up in the future.  If you have special memories of the post, please donate and share those memories on the site so others can enjoy them.   Donate as a memorial to a vet that was special to you.  Or a living veteran who you want to recognize for their sacrifices.  We are also in the process of planning a fund raiser that can be executed during Covid that will be more local in nature, but we wanted to provide this option to anyone, anywhere, that might want to help out our vets!!
