While other children her age begin school, Talia continues to endure pain, therapy, and constant hospital visits. At the same time, Zarish her mother cares for their child at home providing ample attention with still no hope of her attending school with lack of finance to raise.

<div>They have no steady work, overwhelming medical expenses, and now even a shortage of food, the family is emotionally, physically, and financially broken. They live each day in fear and uncertainty, struggling to meet even the most basic needs of their child without an income from a job.
