Hello, this is Jadyn Perez and I speak on behalf of my family. This is our dog Stewie who has been alive for 11 years. He needs medical treatment from a specialist that we cannot afford. Our family and I would never ask for help like this, but now we really need it. Having to put our dog down because we cannot afford it breaks our hearts to even think about.
