<div>For nearly 25 years, our independent gym in Camden has been more than just a place to train. Springhealth has been a second home to hundreds of people — from young kids building focus and confidence, to adults finding strength, support, and self-belief through martial arts.

<div>We’re not a chain. We’re a small team of dedicated trainers running a welcoming space that has always opened its doors to everyone — no matter your age, background, or ability.

<div>We’ve seen shy beginners become bold athletes, struggling teens grow into mentors, and strangers become lifelong friends. This is a place where people find belonging, purpose, and a fighting spirit that carries into all areas of life.

<div>Like many small businesses, we took a huge hit during COVID. Despite outdoor classes, free online sessions, and doing everything we could to stay afloat, the financial strain has caught up with us.
