So Icy is more than just a restaurant — it’s a place where our community comes together. From kids stopping by for Italian ice, to families enjoying burgers and good food, to neighbors who’ve supported us since day one — this place was built with love and community support.

Today, we’re facing one of the hardest moments of our journey.

Due to accumulated debt and rising costs, we are being required to pay a balance in full or risk losing our location. Losing this location would likely mean closing our doors for good — something we are fighting hard to prevent.

This is not because the food isn’t loved — our community supports us, and people love what we serve. This is about surviving a financial hurdle that we cannot overcome alone.

That’s why we are humbly asking our community, friends, and supporters to help us save So Icy.
