Save Sylvia's Heart

In November of 2017 Silvia checked into Chandler Regional Hospital twice. Her heart valve was failing her, and the hospital discharged her both times telling her nothing is wrong with her. She told them multiple times about her heart condition, and the hospital did nothing.
She checked into Gilbert Mercy Hospital at the beginning of April 2018, and they told her she had heart valve failure, and that the other hospital should have known that. They discharged her with some medicine to help relieve some symptoms, and told Silvia she just needs to have surgery. The hospital most likely does not have to do the surgery, and it is complicated with this being the third time that Silvia needs this surgery.
Silvia does not have insurance, and cannot get insurance because of her condition. She needs to get the surgery, or she will die in weeks or months. If the Chandler Hospital had actually told her what was going on, she could have had options like being on the Affordable Care Act while enrollment was open.
Currently Silvia needs funds to help with affording the surgery, covering her expenses while she recovers if she gets the surgery, and possibly paying for a lawyer or attorney to hold Chandler Hospital responsible for their negligence.
Please give what you can so Silvia can continue to enjoy years of being with her family, and using her heart to love those she encounters.
