<div>Last week in Hangzhou, China, our dear friend Scott developed a sudden gallbladder infection (The doctors later determined it started as an ecoli infection in his leg)  that rapidly escalated into acute toxic shock. <strong>He is now in critical condition in intensive care, fighting for his life.</strong>

<div>His brothers and girlfriend are at his side in China, but the reality is overwhelming. Because this happened outside the U.S., <strong>Scott’s insurance does not apply, and his medical expenses are mounting by the hour</strong>.
