Before the war, they lived a simple life — a small home, modest work, and ordinary dreams: education for the children, food on the table, and enough money to pay rent. Today, the home is damaged, the income is gone, and every small saving has been lost. The mother struggles daily just to bring bread and warmth, while Salah tries to provide for his younger siblings, though he has no stable job and no means to cover their basic needs. The children need food, medicine, warmth, and the chance to return to school when conditions allow. The mother is emotionally and physically exhausted after losing her husband and carrying all the weight alone.
