Save Rendezvous Tellico Village

As you all know the COVID19 Pandemic has severely hurt our restaurant. We  have done everything we can to save it ourselves. We DID apply for the PPP and EIDL loans at several banks and were denied. We have poured our hearts, souls, blood, sweat, and tears into Rendezvous as well as exhausting all of our personal assets and savings.  Rendezvous isn’t a hobby for us, it is our dream and our passion. We have struggled to stay open the last few months just to be there for our friends in the community. Trust me we haven’t even close to paid anything in the process. We just kept showing up hoping we could be of service to patrons. We have built relationships in the Village that are so special to us. We love our guests because they have become part of our family. We got through a lot of hard days dreaming of better ones to come. We need to get our staff back and buy some food as well as catch up the past due bills at the restaurant. In just this short time we have fallen almost $30k in debt and if we can’t save the restaurant not only will we be devastated emotionally we will also be ruined financially and we will also lose our home. We are sad that we’ve been reduced to begging. We really thought we would get the loans and be fine but when that didn’t happen we lost control of the situation. If you know us personally you know that this isn’t even in our nature to beg ,but this is bigger than us. We need your help and every little bit counts. We know everyone is strained financially right now but if we all do what we can maybe we can get your favorite local restaurant back to business.
