I really need your help.

On February 26, 2018 My cat, Punpun, was found in our frontyard around 7:30 in the morning. He was paralyzed from his waist down and couldn't use his hind legs. He was losing a lot of blood and was taken to a veterinary hospital immediately. We thought it could have been another animal that had hurt him, or someone had run over his tail and legs. It turned out that someone had shot him, the x-rays revealed a bullet crossed his spinal cord which caused him to lose pain perception in his hind legs and tail. Dr. Quinley from Veterinary Medical Center-Turlock described it as a 22 gauge hand gun that was used to inflict pain on my poor baby. He is now hospitalized and will need surgery to remove the bullet and there is a 50/50 chance that he may be able to walk again. The surgery will cost roughly $3,000 and he will be treated by a special surgeon in Stockton, CA.

I am reaching out to all of you in the hopes that you may be able to help with this costly procedure. I know times can be difficult but I have strong faith in community and together we can make a stronger impact to give Punpun a chance at living a healthy and fullfilling cat life. I rescued Punpun from the streets when he was just a baby and he's been the best decision of my life. Please help me give Punpun a chance, he is so strong and resilient and will come out of this one.
