Save Punky's Life: Urgent Medical Help Needed

Punky is an 8 year old cat that I saved as a feral barn cat when he was 3 months old. He suffered a blockage in his urinary tract over the weekend and was transported to Medvet in Salt Lake City. In order to save his life, he is requiring a $3400 three day stay which was due immediately or he was going to be euthanized. He may need surgery after his kidneys are functioning properly and that could be an additional $3-4k. Any help is much appreciated. Punky is the sweetest boy who fills my heart like no other.
