Save Pine Drive Christian School

Hurricane Harvey has decimated this small school, flooding it with up to 7 feet of water after the city received approximately 50 inches of rain when the stormed stalled over our area. Even the top floor of the school was not spared when a massive leak flooded it as well. Everything has been destroyed: furniture, computers, curriculum, the library, and teachers' supplies (most of which they buy out of their own pocket). This school operates on a minimal budget with amazing, dedicated staff who work for lower wages in order to make a Christian education affordable for the local community. We refuse to let this hurricane destroy our school. Please donate and please, please share this page. The amount we are requesting is not even close to what the total damage will amount to, but we are hoping it will be enough for the school to meet enough of its immediate needs that students can come back to class as soon as possible.  "

I live in Santa Fe, Texas, and am a former teacher from Pine Drive. The beneficiary of this campaign is the Pine Drive Christian School Administrator, Lynn Dietz. This money will be used to refurnish the school with everything it has lost
