Save Peluchin! He's suffered a lot

I know that if you're reading this is because we share a love for dogs. Sadly there are people in this world who don't...
Some months ago my mom (who lives in Lima, Peru) realized that a dog was crying all the time in the house next door. She was horrified when she found out that the neighbors had moved out leaving the dog locked and alone to die!!! Of course she couldn't ignore that and my mom fed the dog every time she could (she did it through the 2-inches space below the front door - see the video included).
It broke my heart every time that my mom sent me videos of the trapped dog (she calls him "peluchin") so after some weeks I decided to coordinate with my mom to pay a person who can enter into the house and rescue the dog (I previously coordinated with a lawyer - he recommended to film everything so we could eventually demonstrate that the only purpose to break into the house was to rescue Peluchin). We finally got him free 3 weeks ago and immediately took him to the vet. The dog had parasites on the skin and in the stomach, and of course, severe malnutrition (see in the pictures at the end how the "hemoglobina" which is the red blood cell count is 4.8 when the normal range is 12-18! He had all the values in the blood test below the minimum acceptable). So basically if we hadn't saved him, he would have died in some days...
We've been trying to get his red blood cell count to normal with a lot of medication and special diet. His red blood cell count has not improved and the vet told us today that he thinks that Peluchin could have a tumor. So we need to do more analysis and continue with the treatment for his skin condition too for more time and I sadly don't have more resources.
I'm collecting money to change Peluchin's life who has already suffered the indifference of the family he loved. I just want him to be healthy. Then we can vaccinate him, and neuter him and he can start a new life as a beloved dog. He's such a lovely dog (approx 5 yo) and deserves a second chance. Whatever you can contribute it'd help Peluchin a lot.

[Lima, Peru] Al costado de la casa de mi mamá dejaron encerrado a un perro hace meses. La gente que vivía ahí se mudó y dejaron al perro solo y encerrado para que se muera. Es muy triste porque lloraba todo el día. Mi mama le metía agua y comida por debajo de la puerta y me mandaba los videos y me partía el alma. Yo vivo en Estados Unidos y coordiné desde acá con mi mami para poder rescatarlo y tratarlo. Logramos sacar a "Peluchín" -como le hemos puesto- y el doctor dijo estaba muy malnutrido (solo 4 de hemoglobina!) y que si no hubiera sido por mi mamá ya habria muerto. Peluchín tenía garrapatas y no quería ni comer así que estuvo internado por unos días con suero y ahora ya está comiendo.
Sin embargo luego de varias semanas su hemoglobina no mejora y el doctor nos ha dicho hoy que sospecha que Peluchín puede tener un tumor y que debe hacerle más análisis ademas de seguir con el tratamiento para la piel. Lamentablemente a mí ya no me alcanza para pagar por eso cualquier ayuda puede salvar a Peluchín.
Peluchín es muy cariñoso y aprox tiene 5 añitos, ha sufrido mucho y se merece una segunda oportunidad. Gracias!
