Save Our Neighborhood!
Hello Rochester Community,
We need your help!
A large developer is requesting Rochester City Council rezone a neighborhood area so they can build a three story, 88 unit, 38 foot high condo/apartment building in the middle of Ludlow and Woodward.
The location of the development is across from the Rochester Municipal Park and right next to the Paint Creek Trail and river. Its location also puts it near Dinosaur Hill, the Rochester Community Garden, Halbach Baseball Fields and the Memorial Grove Park.
Plans are set to move forward if community residents like us don’t ACT SOON!
Donations to this GoFundMe will go directly to the purchase of lawn signs to help raise awareness of the rezoning request and allow the community to voice their concerns!
