Remembering Kanwarjit Singh Walia
Hi - we are Ayesha & Avani Singh and we are creating this fundraiser on behalf of our grandpa (or Nanaji in Hindi) who is in critical condition with COVID-19 in India. We are also doing this to help our mom, Amrita Singh, who has stayed awake every night for the last 10 days coordinating care for my grandpa, saving his life.
After contracting COVID-19 on 4/16, it's been a fight every day to keep him alive. From finding oxygen, to life saving drugs such as Remdesivir, we are doing everything we can to give him a shot at beating COVID-19.

Here is what your contributions will support (currently not available in hospitals):
- Oxygen
- Oxygen Concentrator
- Remdesivir
- Plasma
It will also be used to cover hospital costs ($500 USD/day). Unfortunately insurance in India only covers the first 4 days, and doctors are estimating that Nanaji will be in the hospital for 4-5 weeks. They also require payment up front before providing any services.
If you know our family, you know that our Nanaji is our center of gravity. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Excess funds will be used to purchase oxygen and supplies for others in need.
