Save our community ambulance stations
Donation protected
CEO of WMAS has decided to further centralise services by closing all of its community ambulance stations . Paramedics and the public believe this is a cut back too far. This decision was taken, in the opinion of legal advisors, unlawfully due to no public or professional consultation.
Although WMAS have the best national statistics, whistleblowers have revealed that this move will result in poor response times in rural areas but this will be masked by better times in urban areas.
Committee formed have a legal team ready to challenge this decision with a judicial review. Although their time is given freely , the court disbursement is £450.00. We need to raise this initial amount urgently. Additionally funds are needed to promote this cause.
You can donate as little as 50p and there is no upper limit. Your identity can be withheld. There is no upper limit. We warmly welcome donations from local organisations. Also offers to fund other areas of the campaign.
In the event that the full total is not raised, or surplus, the money will br donated a paramedic support charity,
Please share this fundraiser far and wide.
