Save Our Cat Rescue

Hello Everyone!

We are Finnlands Fosters a 501c3 not
for profit safe haven cat rescue in OneidaN.y. We recently
moved from a small vendor mall to a
much needed larger rental location with option to buy. As we construct and build
( all materials donated or bought with
donated funds) to our growing needs we were recently informed of a large rent
increase that we are not in the position
to afford at this time. We are asking for
help to save Finnlands Fosters so we can continue to help unwanted cats in our
area and strive for a better life for them. Our current rental status is $800 rent to increase on April 1st to $1500.Insurance is $150 per month and utilities $400 per month currently. We do run a small thrift shop to help with overhead. Our
adoptions cover our veterinarian costs. If we could find a way to purchase building with help this could be one cost we do
not have to worry about and can
concentrate on medications, food, litter
essentials supplies etc. Total amt we are asking for is $100,000. Asking price for
building is $80,000 plus $7000 in closing costs and appraisal and anything
remaining would help finish construction this could be quite a opportunity for us. We wish to include community programs for our veterans, disabled friends, senior citizens, school age kids, mentorships
and spay and neuter programs. All
