Save Open Heart Yoga Studio of Boynton Beach, FL

Greetings Open Heart Yoga Studio of Boynton Beach, FL Community and Ohmies Everywhere! As some of you know, I recently battled my way back from serious neurological complications due to Lyme's Disease. As part of my therapy to restore my balance, motor function and heal from joint pain, I didn't just practice yoga, I practiced yoga with Jennifer Haas. I also gained a wonderful and gracious community of Ohmies to help me keep practicing even when I was struggling with my disease. Jennifer and the community that she is building saved me! As you know, Jennifer has a unique ability to safely and gently guide beginners into poses we probably never thought we could do and yet still challenge more advanced students, simultaneously. It's a rare gift that few yoga teachers have mastered.  I know I have grown stronger, while staying safer (and injury free) in my practice, with Jennifer, more than with any other instructor I have ever had. But now she needs us to open OUR hearts and she needs OUR help to keep HER safe as she has done for so many others! Unfortunately the pandemic has hit many small businesses especially hard and Open Heart Yoga Studio of Boynton Beach, FL is no exception. Please help me to help Jennifer Haas and Open Heart Yoga in Boynton Beach, FL, so that the studio can reopen its doors once the Pandemic has passed. And it will pass!  As long as we work together to support one another. Stay well, stay safe, stay strong so that we can practice together once again, soon!
