Update! We found a vet who will work on a payment plan. They are keeping him for the weekend and doing everything they can to help get him unblocked and cleared out. That doesn’t mean this sweet boy is out of the woods just yet. We’ll do our best to keep you updated with any news.

This is Nuggs. I found him last year as a tiny kitten nugget no more than a few weeks old. I showed my friend a picture and she immediately fell in love with him. He was destined to be her baby.

Right now, Nuggs is at the emergency vet for the 3rd time this week.

Little dude has bladder crystals that he cannot pass on his own. He’s fully obstructed, and if he doesn’t pee by 4:30 pm EST today, his mom will have to make the worst pet parent decision that we never want to make. His best chance is surgery.

He’s only 1 year old. He has a canine brother and sister, 1 feline sister, and a human brother, among several other humans who love him dearly.

Any amount will help to ease the burden of vet bills and surgical costs to save this handsome young man.
