Save NOSH and our family

First of all let us start off by saying we love Erie,Co. When we decided to open a small business in this community it was because we cared so much about it and we wanted to give something back to it. At first things went very well but over the course of the last 6 months business changed dramatically. It wasnt anything we changed as if you look at our reviews on facebook and yelp etc they are nearly 100% positive! In fact we were voted by Boulder Daily Camera's food critic one of 10 Colorados best places to eat for 2017! Thats a big deal. So in spite of the change in patronage and wanting to be there for the community bit most of all not wanting to be another casualty we put everything we had into NOSH to keep it going. When we say everthing we mean EVERYTHING. Our life savings. Even our health as my wife continues to push on despite dealing with advanced rheumatoid arthritis. Rarely missing a day despite being in constant pain. I also have recently been laid off of my job of more than 8 years and now NOSH is all we have left. We now find ourselves in dire straits as we have exhausted all resources. And find ourselves in a very frightening financial position to where we may need to close and leave Erie all together. We want to recover from this and continue to serve this wonderful community to the best of our ability as we have in the past and the future going forward.
