Save My Early Plays & TV shows

Donation protected
All my early work from the 1970s to the mid-90s is in a storage room, which has now been locked up to me because $1500 of late fees. I have been paying the rent which is now $427 a month and I've been one month behind. So these are late fees that have been mounting since 1996, when I was evicted from my family's 3bedroom apt. in the Bronx, and I had to move the bulk of my plays and my early TV shows there. I live elsewhere w/my current work secure here. If I don't pay the storage facility, the entire $1500, I will lose all my early career as a writer. My plays such as "The Babs 'N'Judy Show"(1972) and "Fever of Unknown Origin"(!984) the 1st serious Full Length play on AIDS among many others, will all be lost. Also, all my diaries and letters which I've kept since I was a teenager.
As well as the tapes of all my TV shows which date from 1988 to 1996, containing irreplaceable interviews with Frances McDormand and many, many other celebrities of stage and screen. It's like more than half my life's work with be wiped out. Which will be the ruin of me.

My current income is $800 a month and I have to pay my rent, TV, phone & internet, as well as this storage rent.
If I am able to pay this goal of $1500, I will move the most valuable items to a smaller, less expensive room. But at present it has been seized & locked up by the landlord. I have no access to it.
