Save Minnesota Black Bear

Donation protected

Please help save Minnesota black bears.   Minnesota has long been the home to
thousands of bears.   Per Minnesota DNR website, “DNR manages Minnesota's
black bear population by providing quality bear habitat, conducting research to
increase knowledge of bear biology, educating the public on how to live with
bears, assisting people with bear problems and controlling the bear population
with hunting seasons.”

Bears will naturally travel looking for food sources.   At times being a nuisance to
homeowners.   There are individuals throughout the state of Minnesota, that have live traps and are willing to trap and relocate these bears at no cost to the
homeowners or the DNR.

Individuals with years of experience know that relocating bears is VERY
successful,  despite what the DNR have been  telling the homeowners, however,
the Minnesota DNR have been instructing individuals to shoot and kill these
bears.  This is NOT the right answer.

The DNR should be following the statement on their website where it states "assisting people with bear problems",  helping to spare the bears life and working with all individuals to trap and relocate them and return them to their natural habitat.

Please consider making a donation to help raise money to obtain a lobbyist to helpfight and save our bears.
