We are a small cabal of Makers in the East Bay Area, CA looking to create high-quality, crucial medical supplies for local healthcare workers in the global fight against Covid-19.

We are able to fabricate face shields, Emergency surgical masks, and what we are calling an "Intubation Aerosol Catchbox" which allows an anesthesiologist to intubate a patient while catching most of the dangerous aerosolized droplets from sudden coughing/retching .

The Intubation catchboxes will be made available to hospitals and clinics for the cost of materials only. Time and equipment needed to build them is donated by our amazing manufacturers! We have deprioritized them for now in favor of providing basic protection to a much wider base of healthcare workers.
The masks and shields will be distributed to hospitals (at no cost to them) throughout the East bay, but also other locations (e.g., Sacramento and NYC based on donorship) and replenished for as long as we are able to purchase more raw material. Any money past our goal will be spent on more raw material to crank out more units.
Donations will go to expand our 3d Printing Capabilities, Buy Requisite materials, Cover bagging, Packing, and Shipping. Everything is assembled in a clean space following the hygene recommendations by the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/ppe-strategy/face-masks.html)
Your donations SAVE LIVES. Our healthcare workers are the most irreplaceable parts of our medical system, and to have even one of them taken out of the fight for lack of available supplies must not be allowed! It is utterly crucial we get these donations in as soon as possible so we can manufacture during the lead up to the peak of this Covid19 curve. The healthcare system is dangerously short on supply and we must bring our full ability to care for the sick to bear.

Face Shields:

Intubation Aerosol Catch Boxes:
These catchboxes protect a worker from a sudden burst of droplets during an intubation procedure on a patient. The box is placed around the patient's head and allows a worker to reach in and manipulate various tools with less risk of exposure. Flat pack design allows this to be easily shipped and assembled on-site, can be sterilized for use over and over. Built from 1/4" polycarbonate sheet, very durable as well. 
Emergency Surgical Masks:
This unique mask, based on an initial design by Andy Shen (http://www.shendrones.com/) consists of two frames sandwiching a filter media. It easily sources locally-available rubber bands to create a comfortable seal with the face. The frames can be separated to throw away the media, and can also be sterilized for repeated use. Ships with a MERV13 equivalent filter media installed.
