Save Lions from poachers

My name is Roger Blank, I am a New York City based attorney and I work with the South African located Glen Afric Country Lodge and Reserve and am on the board of their registered animal welfare charity, B.E.S.T., Breeding Endangered Species Trust.   The reserve was recently the target of a poaching attack in which four of our beautiful lions, Tsavo, Selous, Rosie and Lizzie were poisoned by savage poachers.  They were born and lived happy lives on the reserve until the worst of humanity in the dark of night murdered them in the cruelest of manners, poisoning.   We have other lions, leopard, and even rescued tigers that we must protect.  Our security fencing was designed to keep our animals separated from each other for their own respective safety, it wasn’t designed to keep the most vicious predator of all, humans, out.  We are raising funds to install all new state of the art anti-human security fencing with alarms and video surveillance to protect our remaining lions and other animals.   All the animals at Glen Afric live their lives without fear of hunting or other human sport, the only danger to them is from humans coming on to the reserve with ill intent.   We need these funds ASAP.   In South Africa among those who work in animal welfare preservation, the full moon is called the poacher’s moon  because that’s when they most often strike.  Help not let another poacher’s moon pass without new enhanced security for our lions and other big cats.  Please help us protect these noble animals, every contribution you make will literally go towards saving an animal’s life and ensure their protection for a safe future.   Any contribution you can make will be greatly appreciated and 100% of the funds raised will go toward benefiting the security of our animals.   Any extra funds raised should we surpass our goal will go towards enrichment items and such to enhance the mental and physical welfare of all of our animals.  Thank you
