Help Save Lady, 3-Legged WonderDog

I'm seeking to raise just enough money to cover the veterinary bills required to save my family member and amazing dog, "Lady" Bamford. This weekend she was hit by a car and miraculously survived, but just.
The incredible veterinary staff at our local animal hospital, as well as many answered prayers allowed the great team to save my dogs life. However, it doesn't look like they'll be able to save my dog's front right leg. Unfortunately emergency vet bills and the cost of an amputation are a cost I am not able to cover in full and am asking for help in raising what I must pay the vet hospital and nothing more.
Any and all help is appreciated more than you'll ever know, and if requested I will keep you up to date with all things "Lady", and her process in transitioning to 3 legs!! She's the sweetest dog I know and there's nothing she can't do. If unable to provide funds, prayers are also greatly appreciated; for as Hebrews 2:4 states, giving is a mental attitude more than it is a physical expression.
