Save Jonathan's Heart

Hey everyone, as some of you may know I've been having some unexplained medical issues over the last 6 months. After many misdiagnoses and months of frustration and difficulty it has been discovered this week that my heart is failing, my heart function has gone from operating almost normally in November to only 35% now. Unfortunately they don't know yet why it is failing and my insurance will not cover all of the testing that needs to be done in order to find the issue. I hate this because I never thought I would find myself asking for help but at this point I am out of options so anything you could give to help will be greatly appreciated.
