<div>1. Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM): This condition is characterized by the enlargement and weakening of the heart's ventricles, leading to impaired pumping ability. Consequently, blood flow to the body is reduced, causing symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath, and swelling in the legs and abdomen.

<div>2. Congestive Heart Failure Functional Class III: In this stage, the heart cannot pump effectively, resulting in fluid accumulation in the lungs and other areas, leading to additional discomfort and complications. Patients in this class experience significant limitations in physical activity; while they may be comfortable at rest, even mild exertion—such as walking short distances, climbing stairs, or performing everyday tasks—can trigger symptoms like fatigue, shortness of breath, and palpitations.

<div>3. Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA): This sleep disorder is characterized by repeated interruptions in breathing during sleep due to the relaxation of throat muscles, which obstructs the airway. This leads to fragmented sleep and reduced oxygen levels in the blood.

<div>Given these diagnoses, my life is at risk, and my family faces significant financial burdens. I require ongoing medications for my dilated cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure, as well as a BiPAP machine for my obstructive sleep apnea. The doctor has prescribed this device to provide continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and maintain my required oxygen levels while I am asleep. Additionally, I must undergo polysomnography, a sleep study, for a proper diagnosis of my Obstructive sleep Apnea. Given these diagnoses and necessary tests, I urgently need help to sustain my daily needs, medications, and hospitalizations.
