Jackson Patton, a well loved member of the Salt Lake skate community, is being charged with single handedly lighting the police car on fire... on 6/2 in the early evening hours, he was beat up and thrown in an unmarked van by military. No one has seen him since.
We are raising money to get him legal representation, and a due process.
Wherever you stand on the side of the riots. We all stand on the side of our justice system. If you believe in democracy, you believe in a fair trial. He needs representation to have his fair trial.
1) My name is Giovanni, I happened to be with him at the time of arrest. I was also arrested and beat down violently. I was the last person to see him. I grew up around Jackson in Salt Lake City. Where we both live.
2) All of the money will go to fighting his case. Anything left over will go to good causes like the bail fund, or the NAACP.
