Hi Enetai Community,

This is Kathie Lustig, community organizer. We have formally set up "Save Enetai" Enetai-Illahee Community Citizens Association dedicated to protecting and enhancing the community's character, environment, and property interests.

The purpose of this fund raising effort is to create a SAVE ENETAI Legal Defense Fund for current and ongoing legal efforts related to proposed subdivision on (2) parcels that were apart of what was once known as the "Old Cheney Estate". (Now Fisher). On Nov 1st, 2023, the Bremerton City Council voted 5-2 to approve a sewer line extension to the proposed subdivision. On Nov 22nd, our attorney's Bricklin & Newman filed a Land Use Petition v City of Bremerton, et al. on behalf of Save ENETAI. We need your help to continue this fight that would require proper environmental (SEPA) reviews before approving sewer extension and future development.
