Over the last six months or so we have been involved in an IP (intellectual property) dispute with another whisky company.
the claim is that we are trying to engage in "Passing Off".
This is where one brand tries to make people believe they are buying one brand when they are actually buying something different.
We strongly rebuke the allegation of passing off however to be able to fight this we are asking for a little help.

Every little helps and we would be eternally grateful to anyone who shows support for us.
