Save Discovery Bay

OK Guardsman Hospitality have taken this whole thing to a new level; they are suing Lee Arboin, Head of the Discovery Bay Community Development Committee, and myself, for defamation.  Lee is keeping up her own GoFundMe for her lawyers fees and I am going to use this one for mine.  My Lawyers are Allan Wood QC and T. Small Davis, both of Lival. This kind of legal action is known as a "SLAPP" suit, you can look that up on Wikipedia.  All I have ever said is that captive dolphins do not belong in a Fish Sanctuary and in a body of water which has limited flushing to the open sea.  I do not want to see our beloved bay deteriorate as five scientists have predicted that it will.  Nepa are not required by our law to call for an Environmental Impact Assessment which is why the Supreme Court would not even look at the scientific reports.  But these time they will be evidence and will be studied.

So I personally will be pressed for fees.  I am still paying off the last fees and those who know me know that I am not wealthy. We also wish to help the fishermen in several ways. So, please help?  That sounds horribly like begging!  But I am just an ordinary person, not an environmentalist, not an activist, just someone who knows right from wrong and wants to help protect our beautiful environment. "One one cocoa full basket" and it will all add up.
