Urgent Help Needed for Dexi's Kidney Surgery in Venezuela

My dear friend, Dexi Josefina Vásquez Perdomo, is currently facing a dire health situation. Dexi, who is only 34 years old, has been diagnosed with persistent left kidney stones that are causing her severe pain, nausea, vomiting, and even fevers. The condition has deteriorated to the point where she's at risk of losing her kidney if not treated promptly.

Previous Hospitalizations:

Dexi has already been hospitalized twice this year due to her condition. From July 18 to July 25 and again from November 26 to December 4, she was admitted for severe pain, recurrent infections, and complications related to her kidney stones.

Here's where we stand:

Diagnosis: Persistent left kidney colic, coraliform lithiasis, and left pyelonephrosis.

Situation in Venezuela:

The public healthcare system is overwhelmed, and the earliest appointment for her surgery is not until March 2025. This delay could cost her her kidney.

Urgency:

Dexi's condition is not just painful but life-threatening. She needs surgery as soon as possible.

Cost:

We are aiming to raise $3,000 to cover the cost of her surgery and related medical expenses.
