Save Denmark MX

This Historic Motocross track is the oldest motocross track in the state of Wisconsin. It has been there since 1971 and its primary goal is to provide Families a place to ride in a fun and safe environment. Our secondary goal is to host Motocross and Hare Scrambles races. My wife and I (Rick and Paula Anschutz) are the owners of Denmark MX and our are from Two Rivers, WI. We are trying to raise this money to cover the extreme legal cost that we have already encountered and the future legal cost to fight our constitutional right to use our property for motorcycle and ATV recreation. The track unfortunately has been under constant attack from the neighbors and Manitowoc County putting unfair restrictions on us as riders/racers. It is a complete attack and discrimination on off road motorcycling and ATV riding. We have argued the fact that we are grand fathered in since the track pre dates all of the current zoning and the track existed prior to all of the complaining neighbors and that they chose to build next to a motocross track and now seem to think they can eliminate it. We have passed all current noise standards on all of our bikes and have had the property sound tested to prove we are within the county noise ordinance. We have put in a complete sprinkler system to help control dust on race days when there is more traffic.  Unfortunately the legal expenses to fight this will easily reach $10,000 and we are asking for you the riders to help us reach this goal so not yet another riding area is no longer available to us. If 10,000 of us only donate $1.00 each we can reach our goal. We would like to reach this goal by June 1, 2018.
