Save Darrell Ripley

It can't be! Not Darrell....The BIG C has struck again. This time it's a young man who has devoted his career to entertaining us with his jokes, his music, his energetic and friendly personality. He is a son, a brother, a brother in law, a nephew, and a friend to all of us. Darrell just spent 9 days at MD. Anderson in Houston, Texas. While the diagnosis is not complete, it has been determined that he has cancer and some other health challenges. He is unable to work, drive a car and right now he needs a wheelchair to get around. Now as we know, Darrell could tell some great jokes making fun of himself and his situation. So while he does that, we are reaching out to everyone who knows him and even those who don't. We are letting you know that this is an urgent, serious situation. You can only imagine what 9 days at MD. Anderson will cost. To battle cancer, the price tag can be in the millions. Even with insurance, your portion would bankrupt most people. And if you can't work, there is no income. No money for rent or mortgage payments, gas, food, medicine-the list is endless. We are starting this GO FUND ME page to see if we can begin to ease the financial burden this is placing on Darrell at a time when he needs all of his energy and emotion to fight this very difficult battle. To say we are all in shock is a gross understatement. We will share the particulars of his cancer when he has a complete diagnosis.
