<div>I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but here I am reaching out and hoping for support in one of the hardest moments I’ve faced as a dog parent.

<div>About a year ago, I rescued a sweet French Bulldog named Conchita. She came into my life full of personality, snorts, and love and quickly became family. I never imagined that just one year later, I’d be fighting to save her ability to walk.
</div>

</div>
<div>Earlier today, something wasn’t right. Conchita seemed off, and within hours, she could barely walk. I rushed her to the vet, and after several exams, blood work, and an MRI, I was given heartbreaking news: she has a slipped disc that is severely affecting her neurologically. She is currently unable to walk and is at risk of permanent paralysis if we don’t act quickly.

<div>I’ve already paid thousands out ofpocket for her check-up, tests, hospitalization, and diagnostics. But now she urgently needs spinal surgery, and the estimate for the procedure and continued care is up to **\$20,000**.

<div>It’s a staggering number, and I’m overwhelmed but I know I can’t give up on her. Conchita still has so much life and love left to give, and I want to do everything I can to help her get through this.
