Save Chowder, Winona, and Willow

Donation protected
Welcome new and old friends. We are a small group of volunteers who have funded the rescue and medical care of many animals over the years, both on an independent basis and through crowdfunding. We are currently working to find foster/forever homes for the Fab 3, aka, Winona, Chowder, and Willow. Any donation/share is greatly appreciated. For more information, you can email our fundraiser manager directly at: [email redacted]

Winona

Winona is an elderbull who was abandoned as an adult dog at a boarding facility for five years. She was pulled and placed at a ranch where she has been decompressing and learning how to be a dog again. Winona is a sweet old gal who gets along with other dogs. She has been working with a private trainer who is offering three free sessions for fosters/adopters. Winona is house trained, and very affectionate. She recently received a full health screening and she is in great shape. Her food and any vet care she may need will be compensated.

Chowder

Chowder is a goofy, fun-loving marshmallow puff who loves treats and butt rubs! He loves affection and knows how to brighten up anyone's day! Chowder maintains his love for people despite having been neglected for ten years in a series of boarding facilities. He was pulled from his most recent facility and is currently staying at a ranch where he is receiving training and socialization. Chowder gets along with other dogs and is housetrained. He has been working with a private trainer who is offering three free sessions for fosters/adopters. Chowder recently had a fatty tumor removed, and since then his health is doing really well. His dream is to find a forever home where he can enjoy his senior years - bringing laughs and love to everyone around him.

Willow

Willow is a large, deaf pitbull who was used as a breeding dog and then dumped off at a shelter. She was then “rescued” and placed in a boarding facility for over five years, where she almost died from pyometra. She received a life-saving surgery (funded by volunteers) which gave her a longer lease on life, in hopes of finally finding someone to love her. Willow was pulled from the boarding facility and is currently staying with a volunteer. She has really come out of her shell and has become a dog who loves to play and take naps on her favorite beanbag.
