Champa Kumari Lama, 34, is a mother of 3 children. Till recently, she was taking care of the children and working well for their living. She was enjoying her life in fullest with her family. She never knew about her ‘both the kidneys were degrading’. Champa, originally from Tala, Bhutan was settled with her husband in Janakpur, Nepal.
Champa and her husband got shocked to hear about both kidneys of her were functioning in very minimum rate and require transplantation for at least one at the earliest. The only income source was just limited to meeting their daily life. Thinking to afford organ transplant was in vain. With a hope to survive, they decided to seek treatment at Human Organ Transplant Center in Bhaktapur.
Champa is reaching out to her relatives, friends, and sympathizers for some financial support to transplant a kidney and live rest of her life.
